4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use two categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies — needed for the Website to work and to remember your cookie choice. They are always active and do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. They are set only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you refuse or ignore the banner, they are not activated.
Google Analytics. We use it to understand how visitors find and use the Website so we can improve it — for example, which product pages are most visited. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We have [disabled Google Signals and advertising features / set data retention to 14 months]. Data is processed by Google on servers that may be located outside Vietnam, including in the United States. More information: How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Your choices. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the Website footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Website will still work.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above, and only with recipients bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations:
- Hosting provider — [Webglobe, a.s.], which hosts the Website on servers in the Czech Republic (European Union).
- Analytics provider — Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics (only with your consent).
- Email and IT service providers — [email provider], to receive and answer your messages.
- Group companies — [Infer Enterprises s.r.o., Czech Republic], where needed to handle your enquiry or order. (Delete if not applicable.)
- Authorities — when required by Vietnamese law or a lawful request from a competent authority.
International transfers. Because our Website is hosted in the European Union and some service providers operate globally, your personal data may be transferred outside Vietnam. We carry out such transfers in accordance with Vietnamese personal data protection law, use providers that apply appropriate safeguards (for transfers from the EU, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions), and limit transferred data to what is necessary.
